Role Description This is a full time, on-site Program Manager role based in Indore.
The Program
Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects within the program.
Responsibilities include defining program scope and objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements. The role involves tracking risks and issues, driving program governance, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
The Program
Manager will also contribute to process improvement, resource planning,
and adoption of best practices in program and project management. The candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to monitor program performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, enterprise technology solutions, or analytics platforms.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in public sector, defense, intelligence, or law enforcement technology domains is a plus.
