? What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain technical certification exam questions, answers, and distractors
- Map competencies to course objectives and certification pools
- Conduct psychometric analysis and support assessment quality
- Develop and maintain Certification Simulator Test Items
- Create and maintain Certification Test Prep eLearning content
- Maintain certification blueprints, course descriptions, and supporting documentation
- Support results reporting, analytics, and process improvements
- Collaborate closely with Curriculum Development teams and SMEs
- Review assessment items for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
? What We’re Looking For ✅ 2–5 years of experience in technical/software exam or assessment question writing, Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
✅ Strong writing, editing, grammar, and communication skills
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✅ Good technical knowledge of web technologies and SaaS environments
✅ Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams
✅ Comfortable working 20–25% of the time in US hours
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform
- Experience with Pearson VUE or iTS
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
