Role Description Emtec Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Busbar Trunking System (BTS) Execution Head to lead the end-to-end execution of busbar trunking projects — from planning and mobilization through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role requires robust technical command over low-voltage and medium-voltage busbar trunking systems, hands-on site leadership, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent project sites while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: 10–15+ years of experience in electrical project execution, with a minimum of 5–7 years

Key Skills & Competencies
In-depth technical knowledge of busbar trunking systems, cable/busway routing,



and electrical distribution networks.
Strong site leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IS 8623, IEC 61439, UL 857, etc., as applicable).
Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD (for drawing review), and MS Office.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Willingness to travel extensively and be based at project sites as required.

Project Execution & Site Management
Lead planning and execution of busbar trunking installation across multiple project sites (industrial, commercial, data center, and infrastructure projects).
Develop execution schedules, resource plans, and site mobilization plans in coordination with project management and design teams.
Monitor daily progress against project timelines and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
