We are looking for a technically inclined fresher/trainee who is interested in IoT, GPS, telematics, networking, and field technical support, and is willing to learn and develop into an independent support engineer.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for IoT devices, GPS and telematics systems.

- Perform basic troubleshooting of device and connectivity-related issues.

- Understand and troubleshoot basic IP, SIM, APN, Wi-Fi, and LTE connectivity issues.

- Assist senior engineers in device installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.

- Monitor device status and identify basic technical issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer/device-related issues.

- Maintain records of technical issues, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.

- Support field activities, including device testing and troubleshooting at customer locations.

- Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

- Be willing to travel to customer/field locations whenever required.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of IoT devices, embedded systems, GPS, or telematics.

- Understanding of basic networking concepts such as IP, SIM, APN, Wi-Fi, and LTE.

- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Basic knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a field environment.

- Willingness to travel for field support assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field.

- Internship or academic project experience in IoT, embedded systems, GPS, telematics, or networking will be an advantage.

- Freshers with good technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
