About the Role

We currently manage multiple business websites that require ongoing technical updates and maintenance. This position is structured around individual website assignments. Successful completion of each assignment may lead to additional website projects based on business needs and performance.

You will work closely with our Marketing Assistant to ensure all technical improvements support our marketing objectives and maintain a high-quality user experience across our websites.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain mobile responsiveness to ensure websites function properly across all devices.
- Troubleshoot, update, replace, or configure plugins to maintain website performance and compatibility.
- Implement and maintain on-site SEO best practices, including SEO plugin configuration, meta descriptions, image alt text, XML sitemaps, and related optimization tasks.
- Identify and resolve website issues affecting performance, usability, or functionality.
- Perform routine website maintenance, updates, and quality assurance testing.




- Coordinate with the Marketing Assistant to ensure technical updates align with marketing initiatives and project priorities.
- Document completed work and communicate project progress throughout each assignment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites.
- Experience troubleshooting mobile responsiveness and plugin compatibility issues.
- Solid understanding of on-site SEO implementation and website optimization.
- Ability to manage assigned projects independently while meeting established deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with the Duda platform is a plus.
