Job Description Summary





The person should exhibit leadership qualities and demonstrate business acumen while working closely with business users to understand requirements and help team translate it into technical changes.

Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge in working with IBM Managed file transfer and monitoring tools
- Sterling Integrator, Sterling Control Center, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Connect Direct - Linux and Windows & AWS file transfer.
- Experience with different file transfer protocols SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS ,Connect Direct.
- Basic experience, programming experience in Linux, Python
- Basic understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts, including weekends, to ensure continuous support and operational integrity of systems.
- Good Communication Skills and able to independently handle tasks

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with:
- ServiceNow, CyberArk, Active Directory, Bitbucket, Release Automation
- Should have
