He is Responsible for Plant Maintenance & Modification Jobs at E- Block.
1. Ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance of plant equipment and uninterrupted operation of utility systems during General shifts.
2. Coordinate with Production Officers and other departments to resolve maintenance and utility-related issues promptly.
3. Maintain and update the Daily work with all relevant operational and maintenance activities.
4. Allocate and supervise maintenance work among technicians and workmen as per planning and breakdown requirements.
5. Prepare overtime records and daily attendance of shift employees and submit the same to the Time Office.
6. Ensure proper documentation, recording, and closure of work orders as per established procedures.
7. Review Maintenance Job orders (SAP), communicate pending activities, and distribute work effectively to the next shift team.
8. Monitor and ensure timely completion of breakdown and planned maintenance jobs and verify the quality of work performed.
