Manage day‑to‑day installation activities at client sites.
- Lead carpenters, fitters, and helpers to achieve project targets.
- Inspect installation work for accuracy, finishing, and compliance with design.
- Communicate with clients regarding progress, queries, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely availability of panels, hardware, and fittings at site.
- Address on‑site challenges and provide effective solutions.
Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of modular kitchen assembly and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Proficiency in carpentry tools, hardware fittings, and installation equipment.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on finishing and aesthetics.
- Effective communication and client‑handling abilities.
