Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 network incidents within defined SLAs.
- Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Diagnose connectivity, routing, VLAN, and switching-related issues.
- Perform network monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network environments.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Coordinate with L1 support, vendors, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Participate in planned maintenance activities and network upgrades.

Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, and NAT.
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and static routing.




- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or HP networking devices.
- Knowledge of firewall technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, etc.).
- Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or similar.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Networking certifications such as CCNA (preferred) or equivalent.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
