We are not a corporate company. We are a fast-moving, 3-person startup. We don’t have corporate red tape, massive HR departments, or polished handbook documentation yet. Our paperwork is still being finalized, and we have plenty of rough edges. We are building fast, iterating constantly, and looking for a core team member who wants to grind, grow with us, and be here for the long run.

We do not believe in micromanagement, clock-watching, or fixed working hours.
- Work Whenever You Want: There is no fixed time when you have to sit down at your desk. You work when you feel most productive.
- Weekly Milestones: Every week, you will be allotted a clear scope of work consisting of one big primary task and a few supporting micro-tasks.
- Zero Questioning On Time: If you are talented and efficient enough to achieve a week's worth of deliverables in a single day,



you are done for the week. We care entirely about output and speed, not how many hours you sit in a chair.

Responsibilities
- Rapid Execution: Evaluate our current project goals and rapidly deploy either a cross-platform mobile app, native Android app, or an optimized Web app—whichever achieves our goals the fastest.
- Vibe-Coding at Lightspeed: Leverage modern AI-native development tools (Cursor, Claude, LLMs) to build, prototype, and deploy features at extreme velocity.
- Deep Debugging & Ownership: Act as the ultimate owner of the code. When something breaks, diagnose and fix the underlying architectural, state, or rendering issues yourself rather than blindly asking AI to "fix the bug."
- Autonomous Management: Independently manage your workflow to hit strict weekly milestones without needing daily hand-holding or oversight.
- Collaborate Directly: Work side-by-side with the founder
