We let organizations run Apache Airflow DAGs, Langflow AI pipelines, and agentic AI workflows on a single multi-tenant platform — with Policy-as-Code (OPA), per-tenant cost metering, full observability, and SOC2 / HIPAA / GDPR compliance built in.

Our customers are platform engineering, security, and FinOps teams at SaaS companies, financial services, manufacturing, retail, telco, and healthcare organizations who need to govern AI and data workflows without rewriting their automations or getting locked into a single vendor. We are an early-stage, rapid-moving team building the platform we always wished we had.

This is a high-ownership engineering role at an early-stage company. You will design and build core parts of the platform, set technical standards, and directly shape how we scale.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to build and scale the heart of the Vharta platform — the multi-tenant control plane,



the workflow execution engine, the governance and metering layer, and the customer-facing console.

You will own features end-to-end across the stack: high-performance backend services in Go, a modern TypeScript frontend and tooling, and a robust data layer with PL/SQL. You will also help set the bar for how we build in the AI era — using AI-assisted "vibe coding" and its best practices to ship fast without compromising quality, security, or maintainability.

Because we sell a technical platform to technical buyers in regulated industries, engineering quality here is a first-class feature, not an afterthought.
