Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-grade .NET applications.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams through mentoring, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Drive application modernization initiatives using the latest .NET technologies.
- Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs and Microservices.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC, security, and quality processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance optimization.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
- Robust expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization.
- Experience with Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in application modernization and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native applications.
- Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture, RabbitMQ/Kafka, CQRS, or DDD.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
