Support and cater to to the projects associated with monitoring tools like Sumologic, Sciencelogic,Dynatrace etc.
and quickly respond to incidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise. Frequently collaborate with cross commit teams to gather requirements and develop and implement detailed design, configuration and engineering strategies/solutions to resolve issues/incidents while remaining focused on project delivery.You will help drive the optimization of technology operations though automation and solution delivery, system/services performance monitoring and solving problems.
