Role Overview

As a Technical Lead, I am looking for a robust Senior Full-Stack Engineer capable of owning the entire production lifecycle of our MERN applications. This role is critical to our fi ntech operations, requiring a deep understanding of complex payment workfl ows, dual-database management (SQL Server & MongoDB), and direct client engagement. You will be the bridge between high-level architectural design and hands-on production stability.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Architecture

● Production Management: Lead the deployment and maintenance of high-traffi c MERN stack applications, ensuring 99.9% uptime.

● Dual-DB Strategy: Manage and optimize data fl ows between SQL Server (relational/transactional) and MongoDB (document-based/analytical).

● Performance Engineering: Leverage deep knowledge of Node.js Internals (Event Loop, Worker Threads, Buffer management) to solve bottlenecks and optimize server-side performance.

Fintech & Integrations

● Payment Processing: Architect and maintain secure Direct Benefi t Transfer (DBT) payment pipelines and complex fi nancial integration logic.

● Compliance & KYC: Implement and manage end-to-end KYC integrations, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

● System Observability: Design live reporting dashboards using Metabase to provide stakeholders with real-time operational insights.

Client & Incident Management





● Stakeholder Engagement: Directly meet with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements. Fluency in Kannada is preferred to effectively manage local client relations and nuances.

● Incident Response: Own the incident reporting process, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and communicating technical resolutions to non-technical clients.

Preferred Qualifications

● Language: Qualified profi ciency in Kannada for client-side communication and requirement gathering.

● Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with a focus on fi ntech or high-compliance environments.

● Communication: Proven ability to lead technical discussions and document incident reports for external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
