Sr. Backend Developer – Python with Fast API

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Python and FastAPI to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong system-design fundamentals, API development experience, and the ability deliver with responsibility + build reliable production-grade services.

Mandatory Skills

Robust proficiency in Python, MSSQL, Redis, Celery, FastAPI, and MongoDB.
Deep understanding of web development frameworks and RESTful API design.
Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., Celery).
Proficiency in database design and optimization for both relational (MSSQL) and NoSQL

(MongoDB) databases.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Strong knowledge of database design and SQL.
Experience with microservices and scalable distributed systems.




Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, Git, and code quality practices.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a

plus.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements

gathering to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in Python, MSSQL, Redis, Celery, FastAPI, and MongoDB, providing hands-on development and troubleshooting as needed.
Code Quality: Ensure the team adheres to coding standards and best practices, conducting code reviews and maintaining high-quality codebases.
System Architecture: Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to design and implement s
