- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
- Build and optimize distributed systems and microservices.
- Drive system design and architecture decisions.
- Lead code refactoring and engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
- Strong experience with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of System Design, OOP, Design Patterns, and Multi-tier Architecture.
- Must have been involved in designing systems from scratch since the beginning of their career, with hands-on ownership of architecture and scalable solution design.
- Experience leading large-scale code refactoring and engineering improvements.
- Solid coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, or Unicorn/Product-based startups.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments with large-scale applications.
