The Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Perfumer in the fragrance/cosmetic industry.
- Proven track record of creating commercially successful fragrances for a global market.
- In-depth knowledge of fragrance materials, their properties, and safe handling practices.
- Exceptional olfactory skills with a keen sense of smell, discrimination, and memory.
- The ability to translate trends and concepts into compelling olfactory narratives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- A passion for fragrance and a relentless drive to push creative boundaries.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
