We’re seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and engaging documentation for our IT systems and processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate complex technical information into user-friendly guides, SOPs, and manuals. If you have a passion for simplifying technology and ensuring knowledge is accessible across teams, this role is for you.

What You'll Do…

Develop and Maintain Documentation: Research, plan, write, edit, and publish
a variety of technical content, user guides and manuals, online help
systems/knowledge base articles, tutorials and how-to guides, release notes, and
installation procedures
Simplify Complex Concepts: Translate highly technical information and




specifications into explicit, easily consumable content for both technical and nontechnical end-users.
Collaborate with Subject Experts: Work closely with engineers, team leads,
managers, and support teams to gather information, understand product
features, and ensure technical accuracy.
Ensure Quality and Consistency: Edit, proofread, and standardize content for
clarity, consistency, tone, and adherence to our style guide and company
standards.
Manage Documentation Lifecycle: Own the documentation lifecycle, including
content architecture, version control, and content auditing for regular updates
and retirement.
Incorporate Visuals: Work with engineers or use screen-capture tools to
integrate graphics, screenshots, and diagrams to enhance user understanding.
Draft and publish announcements: Create and distribute announcements and
release updates to communicate system changes, maintenance activities, or new
