Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for experienced software professionals with backgrounds in Java Development, Spring Boot, Backend Engineering, Microservices, REST APIs, Databases, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Applications.

The Senior Java Software Engineer will work closely with IT, data, operations, finance, supply chain, production, and other business teams to design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable software applications and enterprise technology solutions.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with 3+ years of relevant Java development experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates currently working as Java Developer,



Java Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Spring Boot Developer, or Full Stack Developer can apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, technology, consulting, e-commerce, finance, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, REST APIs, or Microservices.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software-development principles.
- Experience working with SQL and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, or cloud-native technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/caching technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or JavaScript will be an advantage for full-stack exposure.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review code and guide junior developers.
- Positive communication, documentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Strong focus on software quality, scalability, security, reliability, and continuous improvement.
