We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team and lead the technical delivery of enterprise-level HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and custom ServiceNow applications .

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, providing technical leadership to development teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the complete development lifecycle—from solution design through testing, deployment, and transition to support.

This role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow development expertise combined with experience in platform architecture, integrations, governance, DevOps, Agile delivery, and technical team coordination .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and development of ServiceNow HRSD and custom application solutions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Develop, configure, test, troubleshoot, and deploy ServiceNow applications across development, QA, and production environments.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow platform standards, architecture principles, security requirements, and development best practices.
- Work closely with business users, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and day-to-day coordination to ServiceNow developers.
- Review developers' work, conduct code and peer reviews, and ensure technical quality before deployment.
- Manage technical quality gates including solution design, QA readiness, production deployment, and operational handover.




- Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using appropriate integration technologies.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Support ServiceNow HRSD modules and related employee-service processes.
- Configure and administer Now Assist , including creation and management of relevant skills and prompts.
- Establish effective development lifecycle practices covering release management, testing, cutover, deployment, and production support.
- Support DevOps practices and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues and work with project leadership to resolve them.
- Ensure applications are designed for long-term maintainability, performance, security, and operational support.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide presentations to senior stakeholders when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline .
- 6+ years of overall IT experience , preferably within enterprise or multinational environments.
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience , including large-scale implementations.
- Strong experience delivering ServiceNow solutions through the complete lifecycle,



including:
- Requirements analysis
- Solution design
- Development
- Testing
- Deployment
- Cutover
- Production support
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD .
- Proven experience developing custom ServiceNow applications .
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture .
- At least 1 year of experience providing technical leadership or coordinating development teams .
- Strong programming experience with:
- JavaScript
- HTML
- CSS
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities , APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Practical experience with Now Assist , including administration, skills, and prompt configuration.
- Experience with ServiceNow governance, DevOps, Agile delivery, release management, and deployment processes .
- Ability to establish and maintain development standards, quality gates, testing processes, release strategies, cutover plans, and operational handover procedures.
- Understanding of IT service and governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, VeriSM, or IT4IT .

Leadership & Communication The candidate should be able to:
- Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers.
- Coordinate technical activities across multiple workstreams.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and senior management.
- Challenge technical or project decisions when necessary and provide practical alternatives.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and deadlines effectively.
- Build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
