Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer with 5 - 7 years of experience to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure. Specializing in Terraform scripting, CI/CD pipelines, EKS, Jenkins, AWS security reviews, and cost optimization, you will ensure robust, scalable, and secure AWS environments supporting our high-traffic iGaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) for provisioning resources like EC2, VPC, RDS, and S3
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and GitHub Actions for automated deployments
- Deploy, monitor, and scale containerized applications on Amazon EKS (Kubernetes)
- Conduct AWS security reviews: Implement IAM policies, encryption (KMS), WAF, GuardDuty, and compliance audits (SOC 2, GDPR)




- Perform cost optimization: Analyze usage with AWS Cost Explorer, implement Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and tagging strategies
- Automate infrastructure monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana; troubleshoot performance issues
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for seamless deployments and bluegreen strategies
- Document infrastructure as code and maintain version control with Git

Required Skills & Experience Must-Have

- 5–7 years in AWS cloud engineering, with hands-on Terraform for multi-environment IaC
- Expertise in Jenkins for CI/CD orchestration and pipeline automation
- Strong experience with Amazon EKS: Cluster setup, Helm charts, and Kubernetes networking/security
- Proven track record in AWS security reviews and best practices (IAM, VPC peering, security groups)
- Skills in AWS cost optimization tools and strategies (e.g., reducing EC2/S3 costs by 20%+)
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix, scripting (Bash/Python), and Git
- Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation

Good to Have

- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer (Associate/Professional)
- Experience with Docker, Ansible, or Prometheus for monitoring
- Knowledge of iGaming or high-availability systems
- Exposure to multi-cloud (e.g., Azure) or hybrid environments

Qualifications

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
