We're hiring our first SDR — Remote / Part-time / Freelance

Alpray is a business automation consulting studio. We've delivered 120+ automation and AI-integration projects for finance, ops, and sales teams — Google Apps Script, Make.com, AppSheet, AI workflows. We're not a "just landed funding, hiring everyone" startup — we're small, deliberate, and building this the right way.

We've never had a dedicated outbound person. That's the gap we're hiring for.

The role:

- LinkedIn + email outreach to the finance/ops/sales teams who'd actually benefit from what we build — not mass blasting
- Book qualified conversations, not just replies
- Room to suggest improvements to our outreach as we go — not executing someone else's rigid script

The setup:

- Fully remote
- Part-time / freelance, 15-20 hrs/week, adaptable schedule
- Base + commission structure

Who this is for:





- You've actually run outbound before — LinkedIn, cold email, or both — and know what makes someone reply versus ignore. This is a mid-level fit, not an entry-level training role.
- This is hands-on outreach work, not a leadership or strategy position — you're doing the sending and booking, with room to suggest improvements as we go.
- You're looking for a flexible, early-stage freelance arrangement with an early-stage budget to match — not an enterprise package.
- You care about doing it well, not just hitting a volume number
