The ideal candidate is primarily a hands-on Ruby on Rails Developer who is comfortable working in AWS Cloud . They should understand not only application development but also how the application is deployed, monitored, secured, and supported in a cloud environment.
Ruby on Rails + AWS is mandatory. Infrastructure/DevOps and Claude Code experience are added advantages.
