Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Robotics Simulation Engineer to develop and maintain simulation environments for robotics and autonomous applications using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse . The role involves CAD integration, sensor simulation, synthetic data generation, and computer vision validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain simulation environments using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse.
- Integrate CAD models such as parts, fixtures, line-side containers, and work cells into simulation environments.
- Simulate RGB/Mono cameras, LiDAR, Radar, Depth/ToF sensors for perception validation.
- Generate synthetic datasets for computer vision model training and validation.
- Develop auto-annotation pipelines for object detection, semantic/instance segmentation, and multi-object tracking.
- Implement domain randomization and sensor modeling techniques.
- Work with robotics, perception, computer vision, and software engineering teams.
- Develop simulation tools and automation using Python and C++.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim / Omniverse or equivalent robotics simulation platforms.
- Robust programming skills in Python and C++.
- Experience in robotics simulation and synthetic data generation.
- Knowledge of 3D vision and sensor modeling.
- Experience with domain randomization.
- Understanding of computer vision concepts including detection, segmentation, and tracking.
- Experience with simulation APIs and data annotation/auto-annotation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LiDAR, Radar, RGB/Mono, Depth/ToF sensors.
- CAD model integration into simulation environments.
- Experience in autonomous vehicles or robotics.
