We are looking for a Founding Engineer with strong experience in React Native and React.js to build and scale products from scratch. You will work closely with the founders to translate ideas into high-quality mobile and web applications, while shaping the product, architecture, and engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Build mobile and web products from 0 to 1 using React Native and React.js.
- Own the complete development lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and monitoring.
- Develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend components.
- Integrate applications with backend APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party services.
- Work closely with founders, designers, and product teams to define and launch new features.




- Make key technical decisions and establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience building and launching products from scratch.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web application architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, state management, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with mobile app deployment on the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Product-first mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup workplace.
