- Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on R&D; Executive – Electronics to support the development, testing, integration and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical systems used in our electric bicycles and future e-mobility products.

The candidate should have a sound understanding of electronics, electric motors, controllers, batteries, wiring, sensors and electrical systems, along with the ability to diagnose technical issues and work closely with suppliers and the manufacturing team.

The role will also involve supporting the company’s website and digital product systems, making basic website management knowledge an added advantage.

- Key Responsibilities

A. Electronics & Electrical R&D;

Support R&D; activities related to electronic and electrical systems of electric bicycles.

Understand and work with BLDC motors, motor controllers, batteries, BMS, chargers, displays, sensors, switches and wiring harnesses.

Assist in selection, evaluation and integration of electronic components.

Conduct testing and validation of electrical and electronic components and assemblies.

Troubleshoot failures related to motors, controllers, batteries, BMS, displays and other electronic systems.

Assist in developing and maintaining electrical wiring diagrams and system documentation.

Work with vendors to evaluate new components and resolve technical issues.

Participate in prototype development, testing and product improvement activities.

Identify opportunities for improving product reliability, performance, cost and manufacturability.

B. E-Bike Product Development

Assist in development and improvement of electronic systems for existing and upcoming e-bike models.

Support integration of new electronic features and accessories.

Conduct field testing and collect technical feedback from users/dealers.

Analyse recurring product issues and recommend corrective actions.





Coordinate with the manufacturing and quality teams during product assembly and testing.

Prepare technical reports, test reports and component evaluation reports.

C. Manufacturing & Quality Support

Assist the manufacturing team in resolving electrical/electronic issues during assembly.

Develop basic testing procedures and checklists for electronic components.

Support incoming inspection and validation of electronic components.

Assist in root-cause analysis of product failures.

Ensure that approved electronic components and specifications are followed during production.

D. Supplier & Component Development

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for motors, controllers, batteries, BMS, chargers, displays and other electronic components.

Compare technical specifications and commercial proposals from suppliers.

Coordinate with suppliers for samples, testing and technical documentation.

Maintain records of approved components and their specifications.

E. Website & Digital Support – Preferred

Assist in basic management and updating of the company’s website.

Upload and update product specifications, images, brochures and other product information.

Coordinate with external website developers/agencies for technical or content-related changes.

Assist in maintaining product pages, warranty/registration systems and other web-based customer interfaces.

Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS or similar website management platforms will be an advantage.

- Required Qualifications

Essential

Bachelor’s/Diploma qualification in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.

1–2 years of relevant experience in electronics, electric vehicles, e-bikes, automotive electronics or a similar industry.





Strong understanding of basic electronics and electrical systems.

Practical knowledge of BLDC motors, motor controllers, batteries and BMS.

Ability to use a multimeter and basic electronic testing equipment.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read basic electrical/electronic circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams.

Preferred

Experience in electric vehicles, e-bikes, automotive electronics or battery-powered products.

Knowledge of CAN communication, UART, Bluetooth or other basic communication protocols.

Basic knowledge of PCB/electronic component identification.

Experience with website/content management.

Familiarity with product testing and quality processes.

- Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be hands-on, curious and technically inclined, with the ability to understand a problem, diagnose its root cause and work towards a practical solution.

The person should be comfortable working both in the R&D; environment and on the manufacturing floor, and should be willing to physically inspect, test and troubleshoot products rather than being limited to desk-based engineering work.
