? We’re Hiring – Quality & EHS ManagerElectrovast Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and agile Quality & EHS Manager to lead our Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

? Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management

- Lead and maintain QMS & EHS Management Systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Develop and monitor Quality Control Plans, ITPs, SOPs, Work Instructions & Check Sheets.
- Drive quality control across incoming inspection, fabrication, busbar processing, wiring, assembly, testing and final inspection.
- Ensure LT/HT panels meet IEC 62271-200, IEC 61439, approved drawings and customer requirements.
- Lead FAT, routine testing and final inspection.
- Manage NCR, CAPA, customer complaints and Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone & 8D.
- Conduct internal, process,



product and supplier audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Monitor quality KPIs including rejection, rework, customer complaints and first-pass yield.

EHS Management

- Implement EHS policies and safe working practices across manufacturing, testing, stores and maintenance.
- Conduct HIRA and implement effective risk-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, PPE, chemical handling, waste management and statutory EHS requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, workplace audits and toolbox talks.
- Ensure safe practices during HT testing, electrical testing, panel energization, lifting and material handling.
- Lead accident/near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
- Coordinate fire drills, emergency response, evacuation drills, first-aid and safety training.
- Maintain EHS documentation and statutory compliance records.

Team & Management

- Lead and develop Quality & EHS teams.
- Drive Zero Defect, Zero Accident, 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Conduct quality, safety and continuous-improvement awareness programs.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, performance reports and management review reports.
- Coordinate customer, third-party and statutory inspections.
