Role Description The Quality Control Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kheda. This role involves monitoring and inspecting structural steel and related components to ensure they comply with company standards, client specifications, and relevant codes.

The Quality Control

Engineer will perform routine quality checks during manufacturing and installation, analyze test results, document non-conformities, and support corrective and preventive actions. The role includes collaborating with production, design, and project teams to resolve quality issues,



maintaining quality records and reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer will also assist in implementing quality assurance procedures, participating in internal audits, and supporting safety and compliance requirements on site.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to inspect materials, processes, and finished structures effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Quality Management capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and improve quality systems.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients regarding quality standards and findings.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with structural steel fabrication, PEB systems, and relevant industry standards or codes.
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering (or a related technical field), along with experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using measurement tools, inspection reports, and basic quality documentation software; knowledge of ISO or similar quality frameworks is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
