: Freelance QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing Execution

- Test Design: Author detailed, logical test plans, boundary cases, and equivalence class suites.

- Functional Testing: Perform exploratory, regression, smoke, and sanity testing on web/mobile apps.

- API Validation: Validate REST/GraphQL endpoints using tools like Postman or Insomnia.

- Defect Tracking: Log transparent bugs with logs, DevTools snippets, and reproduction steps in Jira.

Automation Engineering

- Framework Management: Write and maintain scalable, clean UI automation test scripts.

- Script Development: Translate high-priority manual test suites into reliable automated workflows.

- CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Hook test suites into pipelines for automated builds.

- Backend Validation: Implement automated database asserts and backend verification scripts.
