The team supports learners through structured guidance tailored to their coding journey, helping them develop practical skills and confidence.

Code Setu also connects students with genuine job opportunities by sharing verified job links on a daily basis. The platform is designed to bridge the gap between learning and employment, with a strong emphasis on real-world readiness and industry-aligned preparation.

Role Description The Python Trainer will deliver structured, instructor-led training sessions to learners, covering core and advanced Python concepts, best practices, and real-world applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, explaining concepts through live coding and examples, evaluating student performance through assignments and tests, and offering one-on-one guidance as needed.

The trainer will also design and review projects, help learners build portfolios, and provide mentorship on interview preparation and coding assessments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



requiring regular classroom interaction and collaboration with the Code Setu team to improve course content and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core language features, data structures, OOP, and standard libraries.
- Experience with Python for practical applications, such as scripting, automation, data handling, or web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) is an advantage.
- Ability to design clear training content, structure curricula, and create hands-on exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Demonstrated teaching, mentoring, or coaching skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, structured ways.
- Comfort with live coding, code reviews, and providing constructive feedback to learners of varying skill levels.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric approach and patience in addressing questions and challenges.
- Familiarity with coding interview patterns, problem-solving techniques, and industry expectations for entry-level developers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or teaching assistant in programming or technical subjects is preferred.
