About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Lead – Software Engineering to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is pivotal in driving the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing system performance, and maintaining technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining our software solutions. You will also mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping scalable architectures, supporting DevSecOps practices, and executing proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A strong technical foundation combined with hands-on experience in software development and team leadership is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and enforce SDLC best practices, ensuring comprehensive documentation, code quality, and adherence to development workflows.
- Mentor and lead a team of at least three developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and supporting their professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Technical Lead and Manager, to finalize design documents such as wireframes, database schemas, and pseudocode, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Design and maintain scalable application architectures, including microservices, cloud infrastructure, and containerization using Docker.
- Optimize code for performance, security, and maintainability, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices across the development team.
- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, implement DevSecOps practices,



and ensure security compliance during deployment processes.
- Manage technical debt and implement performance enhancements to improve system efficiency and scalability.
- Execute time-sensitive proof-of-concept projects utilizing open-source frameworks and diverse technology stacks to evaluate new solutions.
- Monitor production systems, ensuring their scalability, security, and resource optimization to maintain high availability and performance.
