About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and services using Python. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable applications and backend services using Python.
- Design and implement clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Stay updated with emerging Python technologies and best practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Robust knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Experience with SQL databases and database design.
- Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
- Strong understanding of software development and debugging practices.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Good to Have

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Celery, Redis, or message queues.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as PyTest.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with data processing, AI/ML, or automation projects.
