About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Lead – Software Engineering to join our team in Mangalore. This leadership role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong background in Python and microservices architecture.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and high-quality deliverables. As a key member of our engineering team, you will mentor junior developers, oversee code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and efficient systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, implementing new technology stacks, and maintaining our platform’s robustness and reliability.

Qualifications To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in Python development, particularly over 5 years, is essential.





Proven leadership experience, including mentoring at least two developers, is required. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices in software development. Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django and Flask, and experience designing microservices architectures, are critical.

Knowledge of AI Large Language Models (LLMs), including API-driven models like OpenAI and Claude, as well as open-source models like DeepSeek and Llama, is highly desirable. Strong skills in performance profiling, optimization, and debugging are necessary.

Experience with cloud services, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and security compliance will be advantageous. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities The Associate Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing SDLC best practices, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and maintaining development workflows. You will mentor and lead a team of three or more developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Collaborating with stakeholders such as the Technical Lead and Manager, you will help finalize design documents, including wireframes, database schemas, and pseudocode. Designing and maintaining scalable application architectures, including microservices, cloud infrastructure, and containerized deployments using Docker, will be a core part of your role.

Optimizing code performance, security,



and maintainability to meet high standards is crucial. You will also support CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and ensure security compliance across deployment processes. Managing technical debt and executing performance improvements will be ongoing responsibilities.

Your role will include executing proof-of-concept projects within specified timelines, utilizing open-source frameworks and innovative technology stacks. Ensuring production systems are monitored, scalable, and resource-efficient will be vital to maintaining system reliability and user satisfaction.
