Job Title : Python Software Engineer

Location : Chennai or Gurugram

Working Model :

Hybrid 3 days per week in the office

What we're looking for :

- Robust Python development experience
- Strong experience designing and developing Microservices solutions using Python
- Hands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs / API integrations using Python
- Experience deploying and running applications on AWS

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy scalable microservices using Python and FastAPI to ensure high availability and low latency for mission-critical applications.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to integrate LLMs into production environments, enabling smarter, context-aware data retrieval for our users.
- Develop and maintain secure,



high-performance REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication between distributed system components and third-party services.
- Optimize cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, ensuring that our microservices architecture remains cost-effective, resilient, and capable of handling enterprise-scale traffic.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence and maintain high standards of code quality across the development lifecycle.

Good to have :

- LangGraph experience candidates with this skill will be given strong preference
- Knowledge/experience of LLM / RAG
