Role Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to manage O&M;, customer onboarding, and feature development for a cloud-native, AI-driven OCR platform on Azure. This role involves balancing production support with feature engineering in a containerized (AKS) environment, with exposure to AI and agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Own production support for distributed applications.
- Develop features using Python and Angular/React.
- Work extensively on the Azure platform (mandatory).
- Manage customer onboarding, API integration, and ongoing support.
- Implement robust observability solutions.
- Contribute to AI-driven agentic workflows and platform enhancements.
- Improve DevOps, system design, and O&M; processes through automation (mandatory).
- Utilize customer insights and feedback to drive product improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Core Development: Solid Python backend with Angular (preferred) or React frontend (mandatory).
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem, including Container Apps, AKS, networking, platform services, and Azure Cognitive Search/Hybrid Search (mandatory).
- Systems: Strong knowledge of containers and Kubernetes (mandatory); experience with MongoDB and SQL Server.




- Observability: Proficiency in monitoring tools (Log Analytics, APM, alerts).
- Engineering Standards: Strong understanding of distributed systems (scalability, reliability, performance), secure coding, and system design (mandatory).
- Operations: Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and production O&M; environments (mandatory).
- Environment Exposure: Experience with Linux/Red Hat environments.
- AI/LLM: Experience with GenAI pipelines (ideally for OCR projects), AIOps practices, and prompt engineering/LLM workflows.
