Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Full Stack Developer role based in Hyderabad. The developer will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, working across the backend and frontend stack.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing RESTful APIs, developing user interfaces, integrating with databases and third-party services, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, architects, and QA teams, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and contributing to deployment and release activities. The developer is expected to follow secure coding practices, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement of development processes.

Frontend Development

· Design and develop Angular micro-frontend applications using standalone components, lazy-loading, and Nx monorepo architecture.

· Implement Micro-Frontend composition patterns (Native Federation / Module Federation / import maps / single-spa).

· Build reusable component libraries with strict module boundaries, dependency tagging, and affected-build pipelines.

· Apply feature flags and config-driven UI enablement for multi-tenant deployments.

· Deliver responsive, accessible UIs with custom theming and branding aligned to institutional style guides.

· Handle OAuth flows, LTI 1.3 / LTIaaS embedding,



and Canvas LMS integration on the frontend tier.

Backend & API Developmen t

· Develop RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django REST Framework) deployed as Google Cloud Functions.

· Design and own API contracts, schema definitions, and versioning strategies.

· Integrate with MuleSoft / Apigee API management platforms for canonical integration layers.

· Perform data mapping and normalization to canonical schemas across multiple source systems.

Cloud, Infrastructure & DevOps (GCP)

· Provision and manage GCP services: Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage (GCS), Cloud Build, IAM, and monitoring/logging stacks.

· Engineer per-institution CI/CD pipelines covering build, promotion, and rollback workflows.

· Author and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.

Data & Integration

· Write optimized SQL queries against Cloud SQL; develop BigQuery analytical workloads.

· Build and maintain ETL / data pipeline processes for normalization across Banner SIS and other source systems.

· Demonstrate familiarity with Ellucian Banner data structures and higher-education SIS data models.

Testing & Quality Assurance

· Author unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Karma, Cypress, and/or Playwright.

· Lead cross-institution regression cycles, performance/load testing, and security testing.

· Define and enforce code quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.

Cross-Cutting & Collaboration

· Apply security and data-isolation principles consistent with FERPA and multi-tenant architecture.





· Champion architecture and design decisions around micro-frontend divergence, composition, and dependency management.

· Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and Agile ceremonies.

· Maintain clear Git branching strategies and monorepo workflow standards.
