Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Full-Stack Developer with excellent Python programming skills to develop, maintain and enhance our custom broadband CRM platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python web frameworks, backend architecture, database management, REST API development and modern front-end technologies. The developer will work on CRM dashboards, user authentication, lead management, customer operations, reporting and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and improve the custom CRM application using Python.
- Build secure, scalable backend modules using Flask or Django.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and third-party integrations.
- Create responsive administrative dashboards using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Tailwind CSS.
- Implement user authentication, authorization and role-based access control.
- Develop CRM features for leads, customers, agents, broadband services and operational workflows.
- Integrate calling, SMS, email, payment and other third-party platforms.




- Design and optimize MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
- Troubleshoot application, database, API and server-related issues.
- Improve application speed, security, reliability and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable and properly documented code.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging and production deployment.
- Collaborate with management, designers and operational teams to convert business requirements into functional CRM features.
- Maintain application backups, logs and deployment documentation.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Excellent programming skills in Python.
- Robust experience with Flask and/or Django.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience developing REST APIs and handling JSON data.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar CSS frameworks.
- Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of SQL queries, database relationships and performance optimization.
- Experience with user authentication, sessions and role-based permissions.
- Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
- Experience deploying and managing Python applications on Linux servers.
- Knowledge of Nginx,



Gunicorn or similar production-server technologies.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently understand and maintain an existing codebase.

Preferred Skills

- Experience developing CRM, ERP, call-centre or broadband-management applications.
- Experience integrating telephony, dialer or cloud-calling APIs.
- Familiarity with Redis, Celery and background task processing.
- Experience with AWS, Digital Ocean, Hostinger VPS or similar cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automated testing using Pytest or similar tools.
- Understanding of application security, data protection and API security.
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards, charts and data-export functionality.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with strong practical experience and a proven project portfolio may also be considered.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a reliable and detail-oriented developer who can take ownership of an existing Python CRM application. The person should be capable of understanding business workflows, resolving production issues and building scalable features with minimal supervision.
