Job Title: Technical Specialist (Python, Terraform and DevOps)

Note: These three skills (Python, Terraform, and AWS) are primary requirements, along with observability expertise

Experience: 8-15 Years

We are looking for an experienced Python AWS DevOps Engineer with robust expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and the ELK stack, along with secondary experience in observability and monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-native applications and infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure using best practices and automation.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Configure, manage, and optimize the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log aggregation, analysis, and visualization.
- Enable centralized logging, log ingestion, indexing, and dashboard creation for application and infrastructure monitoring.
- Support observability practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing.




- Work with development and SRE teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across AWS environments.
- Participate in on-call support and production issue resolution, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, EKS/ECS.
- Proven experience in DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, automation, containerization).
- Hands-on experience with the ELK Stack:

- Elasticsearch installation and tuning

- Logstash pipeline configuration

- Kibana dashboards and visualizations
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, or similar).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture fundamentals.
