About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of reliable software applications and backend services.

The ideal candidate will have solid Python programming fundamentals, experience building web applications or APIs, and a practical understanding of databases, version control, testing, and modern development practices. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications and services using Python.
- Build well-structured and maintainable solutions using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into efficient software solutions.
- Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following established development standards.
- Develop unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain application quality.
- Diagnose software issues, investigate root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and backend functionality.
- Use Git-based workflows for source-code management and team collaboration.
- Support application deployment and maintenance across development, testing, and production environments.




- Work with development and QA teams to troubleshoot issues throughout the software lifecycle.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and help improve development and release workflows.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile activities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming concepts, object-oriented programming, and common development practices.
- Experience with at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Good understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and standard version-control practices.
- Understanding of Linux environments and command-line utilities.
- Experience writing unit tests and debugging application issues.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated software delivery.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AWS or Microsoft Azure services.
- Basic experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of application security and API authentication.
- Experience working with asynchronous Python programming.
- Exposure to cloud deployment and monitoring practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
