What you'll do
- Build and experiment with Python-based trading and quantitative applications
- Use AI coding tools to research, develop and improve ideas
- Work with market data, identify patterns and test hypotheses
- Develop and backtest trading strategies
- Build tools for data analysis, simulation and strategy research
- Explore new approaches and technologies rather than simply following existing methods
- Turn interesting ideas into practical, working solutions
What we're looking for
- Strong Python skills and solid Computer Science fundamentals
- Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Curiosity about trading, markets and quantitative thinking
- Someone who naturally questions things and thinks beyond the obvious
Valuable to have NumPy • Pandas • Statistics • Probability • Machine Learning • LLMs • Backtesting • Financial Markets • SQL
You don't need to know all of these. We care more about how you think and how quickly you learn.
Who can apply?
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Computer Science graduates
Experience is secondary to sharpness, curiosity and aptitude.
