About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Python Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our Technology Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing scalable applications, AI-powered solutions, and innovative EdTech products that enhance learning experiences and business operations.

This role offers an exciting chance to work with modern technologies, contribute to AI initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Python & Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build and optimize APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Develop secure and efficient backend systems, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases.

AI & Emerging Technologies

- Develop and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Work with modern AI frameworks and tools such as:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Scikit-learn
- LangChain
- OpenAI APIs
- Vector Databases & RAG




- Contribute to AI-powered products, intelligent automation, and data-driven applications.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Coordinate with product, business, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor interns and junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support project planning, task allocation, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Git, and database management.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with React, Angular, JavaScript, or Full Stack Development.
- Exposure to EdTech products, learning platforms, or SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
