1. End-to-end delivery: Own the full project lifecycle for online degree programs, MOOCs, and courseware from kick-off to final handover.

2. Planning and scheduling: Break down the scope of work, build project plans with milestones and dependencies, and give accurate effort and timeline estimates.

3. Resource allocation: Allocate and track instructional design, graphics, multimedia, development, and QA resources; re-plan as priorities shift.

4. Client and faculty coordination: Be the single point of contact for university clients and faculty/ SMEs across kick-offs, review cycles, sign-offs, and status updates.

5. Stakeholder management: Align stakeholders on scope, change requests, and decisions, and negotiate project issues within contractual obligations.

6. Risk management: Flag schedule, quality, and dependency risks early; maintain a risk and issue log with mitigation and contingency plans.

7. Quality governance: Set quality gates across design, media, and development, and review deliverables against client requirements, style guides, and pedagogical standards.

8. Instructional design oversight: Ensure curriculum structure, learning outcomes, storyboards, assessments, and interactivity levels carry through to the final course.

9. Multimedia production oversight: Govern video,



audio and voice-over, animation, graphics, and simulation output against specification, schedule, and budget.

10. LMS and course delivery: Oversee course packaging, SCORM/xAPI builds, and LMS deployment and testing; resolve delivery issues with technical teams.

11. Accessibility compliance: Ensure courses and assets meet the agreed accessibility standards, with remediation built into the schedule.

12. Localization coordination: Manage translation, subtitling, voice-over, and cultural adaptation across languages, including linguistic QA.

13. Project trackers: Maintain accurate, real-time trackers for scope, schedule, effort, deliverable status, review cycles, and change requests as the single source of truth.

14. Data management: Own project data hygiene: version control, file naming, asset repositories, access rights, and secure handling of client content.

15. Budgeting and reporting: Track budgets and effort against estimates, control overruns, and publish regular reports on schedule, quality, budget, and project KPIs.

16. Team leadership: Lead cross-functional teams: set priorities, run reviews, remove blockers, mentor members, and drive accountability.
