Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Perundurai

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, review, and process government tenders through relevant e-procurement/tender portals.

- Carefully study tender documents, including technical specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQ, scope of work, EMD, deadlines, and commercial terms.

- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents within the specified timeline.

- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for government projects as well as dealer/customer requirements.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Technical, Production, and Management teams to collect the required information for tender submissions.

- Obtain and compare vendor quotations and prepare project cost estimates wherever required.

- Ensure all tender-related documents, certificates, declarations, and supporting documents are complete and submitted on time.

- Maintain a proper tender/quotation tracker and monitor submission deadlines, bid status, and follow-up activities.

- Coordinate with dealers, customers, government departments,



and other stakeholders regarding project requirements and documentation.

- Visit customer sites, government offices, project locations, and dealer locations whenever required for site inspection, requirement assessment, project coordination, installation support, or technical clarification.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of government tender and e-procurement processes.

- Strong understanding of quotation preparation, BOQ, costing, and commercial proposals.

- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and tender documents.

- Valuable MS Excel, Word, and documentation skills.

- Strong coordination, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
