Seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years in technology-driven project management to lead a developer team. Responsible for delivering multiple projects, aligning with strategic goals, and ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and motivate developers; foster a collaborative culture.
- Conduct one-on-ones, appraisals, and feedback sessions to drive growth.
- Ensure clear communication across teams to meet project objectives.

Program Management & Execution:

- Oversee complex projects from start to finish, maintaining timeline, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate with QA, UX/UI, DevOps for smooth project rollouts.
- Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) for productive project workflows.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

- Act as main contact for stakeholders; provide updates and manage expectations.
- Present project summaries to leadership, including achievements, milestones, and risks.

Technical Oversight & Strategy:

- Guide technical solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Recommend and adopt new tools and methodologies.




- Collaborate with Product Management to meet business needs and identify improvements.

Risk Management & Problem Resolution:

- Identify and mitigate risks across project timelines and resources.
- Resolve project issues and proactively prevent escalations.

Budget & Resource Allocation:

- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with HR/recruitment to support program growth.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related; master’s preferred.

Experience: 10+ years in technology project/program management, 5+ years managing development teams.

Skills:

- Proven experience managing concurrent projects in software/tech.
- Proficient in Agile; PMP or Scrum certification a plus.
- Strong software development background; hands-on experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
