The position requires continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project progress and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that objectives are met within the defined scope and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.
