We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordination & Operations Associate to support the implementation of our projects in Hyderabad.

This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and candidates looking to restart their careers. You will receive structured training and gain practical experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, field operations, digital tools, and program implementation.

What You Will Do

- Support day-to-day project activities from the Hyderabad office.
- Visit schools and project locations across Hyderabad for implementation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate regularly with Special Educators (SEs) and provide support in using the organization's digital platform.
- Assist with training and onboarding SEs on project processes and digital tools.
- Follow up with SEs to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with schools, educators, government representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project activities and identify operational issues requiring attention.
- Support testing and reporting of issues related to the digital platform.
- Maintain project trackers, records, reports, and regular updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, reviews, and stakeholder interactions.
- Travel within Hyderabad and nearby locations as required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
