We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and people-oriented Program Operations Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, early-career professionals, or individuals looking to restart their careers and are interested in working in program operations, field coordination, and social impact initiatives.

The role offers an opportunity to work closely with Special Educators, schools, government stakeholders, and internal teams while gaining hands-on experience in project implementation and operations.

Role Overview The selected candidate will undergo structured training on our digital platform, project processes, and operational workflows. After training, the candidate will work primarily from the Hyderabad office and regularly travel to schools and other project locations across Hyderabad for coordination, implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working in an office environment as well as travelling for field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Work from the designated Hyderabad office and support day-to-day project operations.
- Visit schools and project locations across Hyderabad for implementation, monitoring, and follow-ups.
- Learn and effectively use the organization's digital platform and project tools.
- Train and support Special Educators (SEs) in using the platform and following project processes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with SEs to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with schools, educators, government representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Support project implementation and identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain project records, trackers, reports, and regular activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.




- Participate in meetings, reviews, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Travel within Hyderabad and nearby locations as required for project-related work.

- Willingness to travel regularly across Hyderabad for project-related activities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for regular local travel.
- Must have a Laptop
- Comfortable working from office on a full-time basis.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
