About the Role

We are looking for a Processing & Operations Manager to manage our multi-commodity processing operations in Udaipur. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for processing, procurement, vendors, quality, inventory and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the processing unit.
- Plan and monitor production, processing, packing and dispatch activities.
- Develop and implement SOPs for cleaning, grading, sorting, processing and packing.
- Manage the complete flow from raw material to finished goods.
- Monitor production yields, wastage, quality and processing efficiency.
- Coordinate procurement of agricultural commodities and processing inputs.
- Identify, negotiate with and manage suppliers, processors, packers and other vendors.
- Maintain inventory, batch/lot traceability and operational MIS.
- Ensure hygiene,



food safety and required quality standards.
- Manage manpower and ensure smooth functioning of the unit.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Work closely with management and commercial teams to ensure product availability.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in agri-commodity processing, food processing, FMCG operations, procurement or a related field.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Food Technology, Agri-commodities Processing or a related discipline preferred.
- Good understanding of agricultural commodities and processing operations.
- Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand yields, wastage, costs and production efficiency.
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and ownership skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal Candidate Someone who can build and run the operation, not just supervise it — with the ability to manage people, processes, vendors and the complete journey from raw commodity to finished product.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
