Position Summary:

We are looking for a Platform / DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate an enterprise Software Delivery Platform enabling secure, standardized, scalable, and automated software delivery. The role will focus on CI/CD, DevSecOps, deployment automation, security integration, SDLC best practices, and platform governance

Key Responsibilities:

- 5 - 6 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Software Development, or related roles.
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Develop reusable pipeline templates/blueprints, automated builds, nightly builds, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Integrate security tools such as GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), SonarQube, and JFrog Xray into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement security gates, SAST/DAST, vulnerability scanning, dependency scanning, and automated compliance controls.
- Automate release, deployment, change management, approvals, and rollback processes.




- Integrate CI/CD platforms with GitHub, Jira, Change Management systems, and enterprise tools.
- Develop automation using Python, Shell/Bash, Java/Groovy, or similar scripting languages.
- Implement software testing, test coverage, quality gates, and continuous validation within pipelines.
- Apply SDLC and software deployment best practices and promote standardized engineering practices.
- Implement deployment recovery, rollback, monitoring, and operational support capabilities.
- Track and report DORA metrics such as Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, and MTTR.
- Support application teams with platform onboarding, documentation, and DevOps best practices.
