Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must Have

- Must have 5+ years of IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience in PHP development with a good understanding of OOP concepts and design principles.
- Extensive experience in Laravel Framework, including MVC architecture, routing, middleware, authentication, and validation.
- Proficiency in using PHP Artisan commands for application development, migrations, seeding, cache management, and deployment activities.
- Solid experience with Eloquent ORM, including model relationships, query optimization, and database interactions
- Hands-on experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, including schema design, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git,



and collaborative development practices.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, debugging, code reviews, and application troubleshooting.
- Experience in writing secure, scalable, and maintainable code following coding best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Good to have
- Experience working with GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying and integration.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, or data processing use cases.
- Exposure to Dataiku for data preparation, workflow automation, or analytics projects.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services such as S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, or CloudWatch.
